These terms apply to your use of Motivational Timer, the Motivational Timer website, and related support services. Motivational Timer is operated by Fractelle Inc.
By using the app or site, you agree to use Motivational Timer responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
Motivational Timer is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, treatment, personalized training plans, or readiness assessments.
Timers, targets, voice guidance, progress charts, and personal-best summaries are organizational tools based on values you record. They are not a substitute for your own judgment or qualified professional advice.
Talk with a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before starting or changing strenuous activity if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have a history of fainting or injury, take relevant medication, or otherwise have a safety concern.
Stop the activity immediately and seek appropriate medical attention if you feel dizzy, faint, confused, unusually weak, short of breath, nauseated, develop chest pain, palpitations, severe pain, or have any other concerning symptoms.
Exercise, breathwork, prolonged holds, outdoor activity, and other uses of the app can involve overexertion, falls, strain, injury, fainting, or worsening of existing conditions.
You are responsible for choosing an appropriate activity, environment, intensity, duration, equipment, supervision, and rest.
Do not rely only on timers, audio cues, notifications, alarms, or lock-screen behavior to make safety decisions or supervise an activity.
Phone volume, permissions, battery state, operating-system behavior, hardware conditions, and background restrictions can affect playback and alerts. Keep independent awareness of time, your surroundings, and how you feel.
Follow equipment instructions, facility rules, and applicable laws. Do not use Motivational Timer in a way that distracts you from a hazardous task or while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
If you are under 18, use the app only with parent or guardian approval and appropriate medical guidance.
Motivational Timer Pro is an optional non-consumable In-App Purchase sold through the App Store. See the app for current pricing in your region. There is no trial, subscription, or recurring charge. Timers, custom activities, history, calendar, progress, and Basic voice guidance remain available without Pro.
Apple handles payment, refund requests, purchase restoration, and offer code redemption through your Apple Account. Availability and local pricing may depend on Apple's App Store systems and your region.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, copy protected content, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, or use Motivational Timer in a way that violates facility rules or applicable law.
Motivational Timer, the website, app design, text, visuals, and related materials are owned by Fractelle Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of the app or site.
Motivational Timer is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfectly accurate estimates, or that every timer, cue, notification, or alarm will fire in every circumstance.
To the extent permitted by law, you assume responsibility for how you use the app and the activity environment around you. Motivational Timer and its creators are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from an activity, reliance on app information, or failure of a timer, cue, notification, or alert.
Core app data is currently stored locally on your device. See the Privacy Policy for the current description of data handling.
If these terms change in a material way, the last updated date should be revised to reflect that change.
